MelanMark is a curated online marketplace created to amplify Black-owned brands and make them accessible to everyone. Our platform connects conscious consumers with high-quality products from talented independent sellers.

To place an order or create an account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region)
- Provide truthful, accurate information
- Use this Site only for lawful purposes
We reserve the right to deny access or service if we suspect misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
MelanMark facilitates transactions between customers and independent vendors. When you make a purchase:
- You are entering a direct transaction with that vendor.
- You agree to the pricing, shipping, and return policies displayed on the product page.
- Payment is processed through secure third-party services. We never store your payment details.
We aim to showcase trustworthy vendors, but MelanMark does not control individual product manufacturing or fulfillment.
Shipping times, fees, and carriers may vary by vendor. Always review individual product pages for details.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the vendor’s specific policy. MelanMark encourages transparent practices, but final decisions rest with the vendor. If an issue arises, we’ll do our best to help mediate fairly.
You may browse the Site without an account. To place an order, save favorites, or track deliveries, you may create one.
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
