MelanMark is an online marketplace where you can discover and shop products from Black-owned businesses across the U.S. From fashion and beauty to home goods, books, and specialty foods—it's all in one place.
Everyone! MelanMark proudly features Black-owned brands, but it’s open to all customers looking to discover quality products and incredible businesses.
Yes. All vendors on MelanMark are Black-owned businesses based in the U.S.
SHOPPING & ORDERS
Just browse the marketplace, add items to your cart, and check out like you would on any other eCommerce site. Your order will be fulfilled directly by the vendor.
Each vendor on MelanMark handles their own shipping. You'll receive tracking info from them once your order is on the way.
Shipping times vary by vendor, but most vendors ship within 3–5 business days. Be sure to check the vendor’s shop page for specific shipping details.
Yes! You can shop from as many vendors as you'd like. Each order will be shipped separately, since each vendor manages their own inventory and fulfillment.
RETURNS & ISSUES
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. First, reach out to the vendor directly through their shop page. If you don’t hear back or need more help, contact MelanMark Support and we’ll step in.
Each vendor sets their own return and exchange policies. Please review the return policy listed on the vendor’s shop before making a purchase.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment systems to protect your information and ensure safe checkout.
We accept all major credit cards and secure digital payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
