Refunds & Returns Policy

At MelanMark, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Because MelanMark is a multi-vendor marketplace, all purchases are made directly from the individual brands that sell through our platform. As a result, return and refund policies may vary by vendor. This policy outlines the general guidelines and what you can expect when shopping on MelanMark.
Each vendor on MelanMark sets their own refund and return policy. These policies should be clearly outlined on their vendor store page or product listings. We strongly encourage customers to review the specific terms before completing a purchase.
If a vendor has not specified their own return policy, the MelanMark Standard Policy (below) will apply by default.
If the vendor has not listed a custom return policy, the following terms apply:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:- Custom-made or personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
- Intimate or hygiene-related products
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return an item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact the vendor directly through their store page within 3 days of delivery.
- Include photos and a clear description of the issue.
- If the vendor does not respond within 5 business days, you may contact us on our Contact Us page for further assistance.
MelanMark acts as a platform connecting independent vendors with customers. We do not warehouse or ship products directly. However, if you’re unable to resolve a refund or return issue with a vendor, please message us on our Contact Us page. We’ll step in to help mediate the situation.
